🍣 Call me basic, but I had to go to Chef Nobu’s OG restaurant in LA last week, Matsuhisa. Michael and I thought it was great—nothing groundbreaking, but can you ever go wrong with sushi? I vote no.
🚚 These moving tips are actually useful. I’ll also add: get cookies for your doorman and super and hand them out on your move day. Having them on your side early is always so helpful!

Hot Homes: From LA with Love 💗
Last week I was in LA, trading Brooklyn brownstones for Bel Air mansions. I toured some beautiful homes (yes, that is a bowling alley INSIDE the home!), checked in on my incredible referral partners, and enjoyed some beach time with Michael.
Huge thank you to my fellow agents Andrew, Gloria, and Rebecca, who showed me amazing homes and shed light on the California market. The sentiment was pretty cohesive: it’s hard out there.
Between government restrictions and mansion taxes, LA agents are working overtime just to keep deals moving. There are a lot of parallels with NYC, including the pied-à-terre tax and the FARE Act.
The common thread from coast to coast: inventory is a struggle. And more and more, agents are having to source inventory ourselves by seeking out and incentivizing sellers who haven’t yet raised their hand.
The buyers who succeed now aren’t waiting for listings to hit the MLS—they’re working with an agent like me who’s out there making it happen.

Ask the (Harry Styles) Expert 🎵
Personally, I’m a Beyoncé fan myself, but I do love Harry! We certainly have a resale ticketing issue with concerts like this and events like the US Open constantly being sold out and selling for so much higher.
